3️⃣ الانضمام للشراكة

- الشريك لا يحق له استلام أي أموال أو تحويلات مباشرة من العملاء أو أي طرف خارجي خارج الموقع الرسمي.

الالتزام: الالتزام بكل شروط القسمين السابقين والعمل وفق الأدوات الممنوحة من الموقع الرسمي.

القواعد:
- الانضمام لهذا القسم مرهون بالتقييم والانضباط.
- الشريك مسؤول عن جميع أنشطته داخل الموقع وخارجها.

- Jemy Trade لا تتحمل أي مسؤولية عن الأرباح أو الخسائر الناتجة عن القرارات الاستثمارية أو التوصيات المتاحة على الموقع.
- أي محتوى أو أدوات تعليمية أو تحليلات مقدمة عبر الموقع هي أدوات مساعدة فقط، والشريك يلتزم بتحمل النتائج.
7️⃣ الالتزام الأخلاقي والمسؤولية
- الشريك يقر بالالتزام بالسلوك الأخلاقي تجاه العملاء والزملاء والشركاء.
- أي إساءة، تضليل، أو استغلال للمنظومة يعتبر خرقًا جسيمًا للشروط.
- الالتزام الأخلاقي يشمل عدم استخدام الموقع لتحقيق مكاسب شخصية خارج النظام.
8️⃣ الحقوق والواجبات
جميع الحقوق الفكرية، العلامات التجارية، والشارات محفوظة لـ Jemy Trade.
لا يحق للشريك استخدام أي محتوى أو أدوات خارج الأغراض المصرح بها رسميًا.
المنصة تحتفظ بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث أي من الشروط في أي وقت مع إعلام الشركاء عبر البريد الرسمي.
9️⃣ الخصوصية وحماية البيانات
جميع البيانات الشخصية تُستخدم فقط لغرض إدارة المنظومة وتقييم الشراكات.
لا يتم مشاركة البيانات مع أي طرف ثالث إلا بموافقة صريحة أو إذا كان مطلوبًا قانونيًا.
يحق للشريك طلب الاطلاع على بياناته وتصحيحها في أي وقت.
🔟 إنهاء أو تعليق الشراكات
- للمنصة الحق في تعليق أو إنهاء أي شراكة فورًا في حال اكتشاف أي مخالفة.
- انتهاء الشراكة لا يعفي الشريك من المسؤولية القانونية عن أي مخالفة سابقة.
11️⃣ بند إخفاء المسؤولية النهائي
Jemy Trade غير مسؤولة عن أي شخص يخالف النظام أو يتصرف خارج الشروط والأحكام الواردة هنا.
أي نشاط خارج الموقع الإلكتروني الرسمي يقع على عاتق من يقوم به بالكامل.
استمرار الشريك في استخدام الموقع بعد قراءة هذه البنود يعني موافقته على جميع البنود، بما في ذلك إخلاء المسؤولية.
المنصة غير مسؤولة عن أي تعامل مالي أو تحويلات خارج الموقع، وأي مخالفة للشروط تقع على مسؤولية الشخص نفسه بالكامل.
12️⃣ التعديلات
جميع الشروط قابلة للتعديل حسب تقدير إدارة Jemy Trade.
أي تعديل يصبح ساريًا فور نشره على الموقع الرسمي.
استمرار استخدام الشريك بعد أي تعديل يعتبر موافقة تلقائية على النسخة الجديدة.

باستخدامك للموقع الإلكتروني ولأي من الأقسام التابعة له، وأي من العلامات المرتبطة مثل Jemy Trade Academy، Jemy Finance، Jemy Nexus، Jemypedia، فأنت تقر بأنك:
- قرأت وفهمت جميع الشروط والأحكام.
- وافقت على الالتزام الكامل بالسياسات، السلوك الأخلاقي، ومسؤوليتك الشخصية في التداول.
- تعلم أن أي مخالفة قد تؤدي إلى إنهاء الشراكة وإلغاء أي مزايا أو حوافز.
